Just in case you didn’t know, there is now a petition up and running demanding that the government release the archive covering the imprisonment of Ricky Tomlinson & co. They are trying to keep this under wraps for another ten years; when justice will be too late. Just put “Ricky Tomlinson Petition” in to your search engine and all will be revealed.

I Am Not A Number is written by Chris Jury. For 30 years Chris Jury was a TV actor, director and writer best known for playing Eric Catchpole in over 60 episodes of the BBC’s antique classic, Lovejoy, and for directing over 50 episodes of Eastenders. In 2008 he was appointed as the Senior Lecturer in Recorded Media in the School Of Music & Performing Arts at Bath Spa University. He currently presents, Agitpop, a pop & politics radio discussion programme on North Cotswold Community Radio http://www.agitpopradio.org.uk He is currently the Communications Officer for UCU at Bath Spa University and a UCU SW Regional Rep at SWTUC.

    This is still an affront to democratic trade union rights, but this wrong could and should have been righted during the terms of the most recent Labour Governments. One can but wonder as to why this opportunity was missed…

  2. Since I am not a UK citizen or resident I can’t sign the petition, but if I was I would. I hate it when they keep secrets. Let’s hear the truth. And while you’re at it you can also tell us who really killed Kennedy.
